That is a picture of a Houyhnhnm. They can alter their bodies from turning hooves into hands and back again. They are very advanced beings. Their King is Hayagriva a pale blue skinned man with a horse’s head and 4-arms. They learned to alter their own body’s protoplasm including growing horns and changing their colors. Their island is hidden from view. They employ Yahoos who resemble humans too much and like animals are naked while the intelligent beings—-Houyhnhnms wear some clothes some times.

Sounds like getting foot corns on your hands.
