Personally I no longer lose sleep over who I’ve inadvertently hurt. I still feel panks of guilt but I realized long ago I can’t take back any of them. I just try to move forward with the knowledge of what I did wrong and try not to make the same mistakes again. It’s human nature don’t ya know.
