Raising the minimum wage is only a band-aid solution to a much larger problem: The unwillingness (greed) of corporate America to share in the profits of increasing production. The W.E. have raped the middle, working class to increase their own disproportionate share of wealth by assaulting all the gains of FDR’s and HST’s legislation and unions, and returning our economic system to free-for-all unregulated Capitalism.
His staff has, in actual fact, done face to face interviews with voters, most of whom either wouldn’t vote for him even if endorsed by Jesus Christ himself, or else see a livable minimum wage as a good thing that’s worth pushing.
