    Too many were caught up in the zero-tolerance and similar movements that resulted in faulty justice. We should have learned by now that you can’t have both partisanship and unbiased justice at the same time. Politicians and political ideologues must never be allowed to choose judges in a free society. We need Congresses that are willing to eliminate the loopholes and flaws in our Constitution, not exploit them for personal gain.

    Once a politician does something unethical/immoral to be popular and in vogue politically, can they be trusted to do differently in the future?

    She’s not going to lead the Democratic ticket. She’s no closer than than 5th on my list of preferred candidates. But if she is on the ticket, I’ll vote for whoever leads it.
