Josh Hawley Senator for MissouriThe National Conservatism Conferencean excerpt,

“Let’s be frank. For too long now, this country has been badly led.” Two Hundred and Forty-Three years our government has worked and he says we have been ‘poorly led’. But now suddenly, since Trump was elected, our national experiment is a failure.

On liberal ideas:“And they subscribe (the liberal leaders) to a set of values held by similar elites in other places: things like the importance of global integration and the danger of national loyalties; the priority of social change over tradition, career over community, and achievement and merit and progress.”

They wish to return democracy to the form used in ancient Greece and Rome: only the wealthy, the oligarchs take part in governance. None of the masses and no women.

“Since the days of the city-state, the republican tradition has always viewed self-government as a project bound to a particular place, practiced by citizens loyal to that place and loyal to the way of life they share together.”

They will use the same plan as Hitler and the Nazis used in 1930’s.

When the Gestapo came for the Jews, nobody spoke up.Are we going to let it play out like that for us?First, the brown skin. Then the Muslims. Then the Democrats. Then the Catholics. Then people with red hair.

The imbalance of aggression between the parties is just like the imbalance of shame. One party has way too much shame and way too little aggression. The other party is the exact opposite.

Unfortunately when dealing with a rabid dog it’s not enough to just say, “Bad dog. Sit boy, heel.” You have to put the dog(s) down.

Definitely time to look at the facts.. put politics aside and do what ever it takes to put trump in his place. If you don’t apply “laws” this time.. when will you? You can bet your last dollar the Republicans would have long ago run a similar crooked president out.. were he a democrat.

I am hoping that when Mueller speaks on Wednesday,

it will force coward Pelosi to begin impeachment hearings.

The people of Puerto Rico are filling the streets demanding that the governor resign. Where are the crowds in the streets demanding that Trump resign?

Obviously has NOTHING to do with their insane policy ideas, their attacks on US law enforcement, the blatant antisemitism, etc, etc, etc.

Trump famously drinks Diet Coke, not Pepsi. Do your research!

Someone referenced “It Can’t Happen Here” a prescient novel in the 30s by Sinclair Lewis. Should be required reading, much more appropriate than the more well known 1984. BTW, there’s a difference I believe between Anti-Semitism, and anti Israeliism. Not agreeing with fear monger and corrupt “Bibi” is a wise choice, obviously not shared by Blimpy
