Another a**hole on the bench. I bet if the young woman had gotten pregnant he(the judge) would have forced her to carry it. But of course there wouls be no financial support from “the young man from a good family.”SUPERHYPOCRITE.

Trump would say ‘good going judge, that’s how it’s done’.

Sorry, judge. We’re talking about the boy, not his family.

He’s already a retired judge on recall status with several reversed decisions. He needs to be retired for good.

Not too worry, everybody knows that the Trumps are good “Family”. No jails on their horizons.

And this is how conservative judges roll, and roll and roll OVER….bought and paid for …

There is also the “this young man comes from a bad family” defense. Or, more regularly, the “it was consensual sex” defense, i.e. blame the woman.

Or, to put in Trump terms, she was his type

Is this the republican “family values” defense?

So if he came from a black family, it’s rape. Right?

As a long time Scoutmaster, at this point I’m ashamed to call him an Eagle Scout. Maybe his local council will revoke it after his trial (if found guilty).

I think that was the judge, who went on to say that a real rape usually involved several males.

I’d be inclined to offer him a chance to discover for himself what constitutes rape, in a nice prison setting, say. But of course it won’t happen: He’s from a good family.
