So, will the Cons still make the same claims they did when Obama was President… that High gas prices were the DIRECT FAULT of the President, but he had NOTHING TO DO with prices coming down???? Let’s wait and see…

As of December Reuters reported that the US now exports more oil than it imports. Wanna bet on how much they jerk us off instead of cutting exported oil? ’Cuz no repudlicon ever was a sleezy oil man.

Seems to me that with what’s happening between Trump and Iran, gas prices should be the least of our worries.

Will trump’s war be called “Operation Iranian Liberation”, just like bush war1 was originally “Operation Iraqi Liberation”…until someone noticed the Acronym???

This is a lame cartoon. I would never defend Trump, but here in South Texas, the gas prices have actually gone down.

Oil companies don’t need much of an excuse to raise the price at the pump.. It goes up on a whim ~20… 30 cents and then the folk are happy and relieved when it drops by a nickle.

Yeah, we Americans are so stupid that all we care about is the price of gas.

The US is largely energy independent now and Iran issues will barely move the needle at the gas pump. We’re a net exporter with significant reserves. Nice.

So far Putin is showing the biggest profit from US sanctions against Iran.

China and Russia are showing the biggest profits from the tariffs.

Nasty Trump plays for the other team.

Yesterday the price of gas at the Mapco was $2.06 per gallon for regular. Today it is $2.39 per gallon for regular.

Great News! The Nitwit-in-Chief has provided America with cheaper gas prices with the help of his buddies in Saudi Arabia. Wait? What?!? Prices at the pump are going up?

The metaphor is very weak, seems to me. The tension is badly damaged and going down in flames? The prices will be burning up when the tension hits? Wha??

Skipping over that, what he’s apparently trying to say seems realistic: This administration, largely in the form of the Moron in Chief, has participated in creating a crisis which will, at best, hurt pretty much everybody in Iran and the US except the very rich or powerful. Said participation being caused, apparently, simply because Obama was involved in setting up the treaty which was working just fine.

It will go up here in the Northeast thanks to that refinery explosion and fire in Philly. Now the company is throwing in the towel and going out of business.
