Indeed Joe is all over the map, on a lot of things. But, then, if he runs against Trump, (Mr. Impulsive-make-it-up-as-I-go) this line of attack may backfire.

Joe has a long history and has changed him mind (hopefully for the better most times) but apparently it’s gawdforbid any person ever grow or change with their accumulated experience.

History illustrates that we survive by adapting/changing and those that cannot do not survive. We see a rigid generation or two (Silents, Boomers) that is less optimistic about equality/diversity but their children/grandchildren are not following in their footsteps. We’re healthier and live longer and there is less crime (Pinker), but that never makes the news, which always seems to favor the negative. So, even though we know that change is good, politicians label it as wrong. If we measured the effectiveness of legislation and terminated the laws not having the expected resulted we could save time and taxpayer money, but we often persist while the rest of the world chuckles at our inability to do the right thing until we’ve tried all the wrong ways first. We need smarter leaders not those constantly willing to accommodate and claim policies are “good enough” and ignore positive changes.

Joe is why the Dems lose. Instead of living and dying on a strong platform of well formulated policies he, tries to please everybody.

The important map is the map of states without adequate health care for women.

Smilin’ Joe is currently the front runner in polls of Democrats. Thus, it is Kelley’s job to trash him. This is unfortunately fairly easy, since he’s had a long career, and has shown (moderate) capacity to learn new tricks. But Kelley has misfired here if he’s trying to strip Joe B of Democrat voters who mostly think that women should have control over their pregnancies and government should butt out. On the other hand, he is playing to his base on this… though I fail to see how it matters: His base has already drunk the Trumpfaid.
