Are we even sure, Lio, Dad can find bobbit worm food at Safeway, Fred Meyer, QFC, Albertson’s, or even Costco? (Are bobbit worms in reference to some novel or movie?)

That last item may require a visit to a specialty store!

Love how, with all his mad-scientist stuff, a C+ gets onto the ’fridge! How much that reminds me of…me!

This species is an ambush predator and hunts by burrowing its whole body in soft sediment on the ocean floor and waits until nearby prey is picked up on one of its sensor antennae. It is also equipped with sharp teeth-like structures and strikes prey with deadly force.

Eunice aphroditois is also known as the bobbit worm, because of the bobbit worm’s ability to snap the body of its prey in half.

I worried for a bit about that last item, but then realized pretty much any big fresh fish would serve (so to speak). I am more concerned about where Lio will keep his newest pet….
