That is the difference between liberals and conservatives. Conservatives don’t care who they vote for as long as they win. Now they are packing the courts with Nazis and blocking any legislation that actually could help people. Liberals won’t vote for anyone who isn’t 100% PURE and lose which helps no one at all. I see 4 more years of Trump.
Unless the Democrats run someone who is serious about mitigation of climate change and that person wins all the other issues will begin to seem trivial. That obviously eliminates most corporate toady Democrats and probably all Republicans. Of course, it will take a lot more than electing just a president with that kind of commitment. The American people are beginning to take it seriously. It’s time to drag the (kicking and screaming) government along with us. In many ways, how the government operates reminds me of the thinking of my (10, 6 & 4 year old) boys. There’s some impressive problem solving but no critical thinking yet. At least I can be sure my boys will attain that stage, I’m not so sure about our government.

Of course, Trump is talking of trying and jailing his opponents in show trials at this point as POTUS. Authoritarianism 101. Time for him to go.

The first guy in the comic doesn’t exist. If it’s supposed to be Sanders then the first test he fails is honesty. Bernie is as much a liar as tRump, just from the other side.
If the 2nd guy is supposed to be Biden, and the reference is to the War in Iraq, then the blame should be put where it belongs, on the liars and not on those who simply believed the lies. Keep in mind at the time not only did the Bush/Cheney Admin cook the intel, they got our allies the Brits, to perpetuate and support it. Only France and Germany, of the major countries, didn’t support the coalition built. Some might recall ‘Freedom Fries’ and French wine dumped in the sewers. We had millions of our children sign up for military service to fight for this Nation. Bush/Cheney sold making war in Iraq to WE, the People, congress, and sold the United Nations. They sold the deal world wide.
How does a person who gives 100% of their income to the poor, live? Otherwise, I’m not sure if this comic is ironic or an admission that no one is good enough for Rall’s vote.
I can see the point. But here’s another: I’ll vote for the “anybody else” Democrat before I’ll vote for Il Douche or anyone who supports/supported him. Biden’s old, white, rich(ish), has history… and is polling well right now. Too bad Warren’s not polling better, but it’s early days, and I would kinda like to see a come-from-(not too far)-behind Democratic primary, because it would cause the GOP to misspend advertising money.

The only test that will mean anything is whether they can be elected.
Otherwise, policy positions are not gonna happen, no matter whether they are pure or contaminated.
