It’s not voter apathy, it’s inundation by robo calls that’s the problem.
That was more like antipathy than apathy.
I agree with the robo call theory. We’ve all been overwhelmed with them, especially us seniors. Maybe an email would get more attention if they were at all interested in voting.
Most people who don’t vote usually complain that things didn’t go their way.
