One of the issues I have with the Catholic Church is that it seems more intent on form rather than content. It’s almost like, if you can just get all the rituals down right, you’ll be saved.
I always felt like I had to jump through all the hoops in the right order. Miss a hoop and it’s a sin. This caused me to focus on the wrong things.
