We don’t know that, now do we? What Barr released was a Trump version of a Muller report that should be in the hands of congress. If Trump is upset at what he allowed to be released, we can only imagine the evil he is hiding.
It’s important to remember that Mueller was not “investigating” collusion, which is not a crime. And while he compiled a veritable menu of acts of obstructing justice that would have anybody but a sitting president behind bars, he declined to “charge” Trump, while at the same time saying that there was no way he could be seen as innocent of the charges. The whole document is virtually a prosecutorial “referral” to the House of Representatives.
And it is worth remembering that Mueller could not draw on whatever it was that transpired between Putin and Trump during their secretive meetings. Nor the American people—who knows what hair-raising promises the Suborner in Chief made to Putin?
