Who is going to expire first – the meter or Harry?
A couple of quarters? She must only want to park for 5 minutes. Parking meters outside my building are $6 per hour, with a maximum of 2 hours parking.
Yeah that’s pretty high. But also try to remember the last time you heard about someone getting a ticket for a meter violation. I never have.
Back in the olden days the meters took pennies ,nickels and dimes.
