There is a place for things like Alexa. My 92 year old mother has one that reminds her of functions at her senior living complex and appointments. Others have told me that their Alexa knows all of their regularly scheduled trips, e.g. “the trip to X will take 30 minutes” because they’ve gone to X a couple of weeks in a row. IMO for most people it is too intrusive, but to each their own.
Amazon hired thousands to listen in on your private home and business. My “Alexa” is turned OFF when I’m not playing music! This is just like Face Book got the OK to use your personal pictures for their own use! Now THATS a true invasion of privacy! I deleted my account months ago! Another way to get your habits and info. Seems anything goes since trump got elected! There’s no limit or justice for violence and evil in this administration! =;~[
