I’m forced to agree with Mr. Payne on this one. It hurts me to say so, but this is bad for Blacks, for Gays, and for the rule of law (which encompasses pretty much everyone else).

No one, except Smollett even suffered professional damage form it. This must be the 3rd or 4th cartoon from the Right on Smollett. Where was their indignation at Manafort’s essential pass?

Today, Payne makes a big whoop about Smollett not being charged with a crime. He seems to deplore this.
What is the difference in these scenarios?
Both are celebrities. One is a politician, one is an actor. One is older, one is younger.One was accused of collusion, one of lying.
What else? Why does Payne celebrate one and not the other? Could it be that Payne likes politicians better than actors? Or is it something else?
