Have you seen a regular sized poodle? I had only seen the miniature and toy versions… tiny little creatures… first time I ever saw a regular poodle, it was huge! And funny looking, as the owner had cut it in the usual poodle style, only in the large economy size. ;-)
Our dog, Rusty is a German Shepard/Great Dane mix. He really is a big dog. As my husband likes to joke “He never bites, his bark will stagger you, but his farts will leave you unconscious for a week”. An obvious exaggeration but he can clear a room in no time.
