    This is so true. The great thing about a lot of art is that it depends on the experiencer to bring their own thoughts and feelings into the mix. It’s why, for example, some people love Van Gogh and others hate him. In my own experience, for some reason, choral music doesn’t speak to me at all. I can appreciate the quality and the talent and the intricacies, but it doesn’t spark any great feeling in me. (I adore Van Gogh, by the way…if you ever get a chance to see some of his works in person…wow…it’s a game changer—for me, anyway.)
