Google translate wants to auto identify it as Italian, and comes up with nothing comprehensible in English. But when you force it to Spanish, the English translation it gives at least makes sense:

I get the gist of this from having taken Spanish in HS and College over 45 years ago. I assume it’s Italian. Can someone please translate?
