How out of touch is Varvel? I know Dumpy doesn’t like the deal, but both the Republicans (Senate) and Democrats (House) had to work on this deal and compromise to work out for both sides. Dumpy or Dummy doesn’t have any input into it this time. And Dumpy isn’t about to wreck havoc with his popularity a second time with a shutdown. He took a hit the first time despites Varvel and Dumpy trying to make it look like the Democrats fault. People know who’s fault it was. Maybe the old adage “you can’t fool all of the people all of the time” is finally catching up to Dumpy.
