I had a coworker who got kicked out of AAA, several times. He would rejoin with a slightly different name, rack up a bunch of calls, get booted again. His hobby was restoring old hearses, but he wasn’t a very good mechanic.
AAA will allow 4 free service calls per year, and they include all types of calls (tow, tire, gas, unlock, dead battery) in that limit. After that, they start charging for the service. Of course you can get their premium membership where you get 7 per year.
