How is a depressed growth cycle going to pay for all the promissed spending programs? Oh that’s right, it won’t.
There’s no slow growth in wealth - just concentration of it. That’s the cycle that needs to be broken if we want any other positive growth.
With a few years exception, not much has been paid for since the 1980s. I must agree with all the above posters.
Ronald Reagan called the $60 billion deficit in 1980 “immoral” yet never submitted a budget that wasn’t at least $100 billion out of whack.
