There used to be a stray dog in our neighborhood. Apparently he followed the trash pickup schedule as he always showed up on trash day. We called him Charlie. He and our dog became friends, and Charlie started hanging around more often. One day we were grilling burgers and hotdogs outside. A hotdog still wrapped in plastic fell on the ground. Before anyone could grab it Charlie snatched it up and ate it plastic and all.
