Most of ours (my wife’s Christmas Day family tradition) is in the freezer for future weeks. Had some as is for Wednesday supper and Thursday lunch, and a sandwich for today’s lunch – interspersed with Swedish meatballs and pyt i pana from my family’s Christmas Eve tradition, which we had on 12/23 due to 5 and 7 pm services on the Eve itself, and some of the extra bulgogi a Korean soprano brought to the choir potluck between those services. Tonight, my weekly fish.
