The surgeon should have a french accent because it was supposedly elements of the French Army that blew the Sphinx’s “snoz” off during artillery practice during one of Napoleon’s campaigns of world conquest.
Funny, mere minutes ago, I remembered that moment in “Aladdin” when the Sphinx carver got distracted by the flying carpet….
And that’s why it looks the way it does today.
