It’s hard to conceive that there are any points of light left these days…I wouldn’t have voted for him, in any event (though I might have voted for Barbara!), but I certainly wasn’t ashamed of having him speak for our country.
I will never forgive him for Iran-contra and brokering the deal too keep the hostages in Iran longer. In my eyes, he is a traitor.
How many “lights” were lost to AIDS because Poppy refused to acknowledge the problem?
