Take that, turducken! (I totally don’t get the whole turducken thing. How do you get past all the bones? Do you just buy all the birds de-boned? Sounds like a whole lot of trouble for something that’s weird right out of the chute. Not that weird is wrong. I like weird. But generally not on a plate in front of me.
