I kept telling my boss that as soon as I pay off my mortgage I’m quitting. He kept giving me raises. I retired at 45.
I’ll never pay my house off. Interest and some charitable contributions are my only deductions.
Plan to pay off the remaining balance on the mortgage in 4 years……Last debt left.
