I can easily believe that people downstairs don’t remember a party decades ago, but Judge is accused of participating. If he actually doesn’t remember that, it would be relevant information. Then we have to decide if he doesn’t remember because it didn’t happen or because it wasn’t a rare enough event for him to be memorable.
Scott ’s been pretty even handed of late. This one is kind of borderline – but perhaps because it was drawn before Kavanaugh ’s impassioned – and irrational stump speech about liberal conspiracies and Clinton ’s revenge!
Here is a candidate that has made a speech declaring his partisanship to the point where, even on the court, if he has any scruples, he would have to recuse himself from just about any case to come before him.
But that speech yesterday shows that he has no scruples whatsoever!

Maybe even as unqualified as the man who nominated him!
I find it interesting that the right wing posters here continue to state that “there is zero evidence to support her claim”. Why is the testimony of women considered zero evidence? Even in Taliban controlled areas of Pakistan, the testimony of non-Muslims count as half the worth of that of a Muslim. Can’t women in the US even get 50%?
