Hey, Matt, you left out Congress’s obligatory: ‘Thoughts and Prays" and the NRA’s obligatory “the correct answer to mass shootings is: more guns, more powerful guns”. I’ve heard that some states are planning on arming grade and high school teachers.
I hear, most killings by weapons in the USA come from accidents and errors (son playing with father’s rifle and so on) or suicides. That makes the whole thing even sadder (and more senseless). The USA is number one in civilian firearms per capita, and in many parts of the US you need no license and no registration, as is, in contrast, the case for all member states of the EU. The number of homicides by firearms per capita in the USA is 6 times the number of Canada, 15 times the number of Germany and 21 times the number of Australia. So, do weapons protect anything other than the profits of the gunmakers? Seems to me that today it would be wise to change the constitution (amendment) and then take almost all weapons away to protect people. Just imagine how many innocent persons are killed every year now.

Republicans and NRA are not gonna do a darn thing to prevent mass murders with guns.
Instead they keep taking money from Russia to divide the United States even further.

NRA was really happy this week, PA, WI, MD. It was only spoiled when some unpatriotic American used a knife, A KNIFE! Should be shot.

I am hoping the NRA will soon go bankrupt, but I think they are lying about their finances.

Don’t worry about the NRA—the Russians will stake them.

You’re more likely to die by a gunshot from a toddler than a terrorist in the US. And some, I assume, are good people.

I knew there was something rotten in Denmark and now I know it is the cartoonist and his followers.

The law was changed so the NRA’s ‘secret donor’ file can be looked at, if there was any political will to do it.
