Adjusted for inflation, there was one natural disaster (fire, flood, hurricane, etc.) in the 80’s that inflicted over $10 billion in damage in the United States. In the 90’s, there was one. Between 2000 and 2010, there were 9. So far since 2010, there have been 6, with Florence possibly the 7th. Nothing to see here; move along.

This is the Modus Operandi of the Right wing. Find One guy that exaggerates and you can deny anything ever happened. This weatherman exaggerates the weather? The hurricane didn’t really happen. Peter Sztrok says he dons’t like Trump in a Text? The whole FBI is Corrupt and Treasonous. Find one inflated Climate reading? All climate Science is faked. Find one African American killed by police had a criminal record? That Justifies the all of the Police shootings across the country. My Favorite…… Find one College Professor that donates money to the Dems and mentions it in class? All University and Collegiate are on a mission to brainwash our students against our capitalist systems.
