Hmm…that woman looks the one in the picture labeled 1919 that Walt identified the people in the shot as him and Phyllis!!!
Walt married Phyllis around 1925 so it could be her before they married. After Phyllis’s death it was revealed that she chose to leave her nephew, Skeezix,, on Walt’s doorstep because she felt he would be a good father.
