When a woman wags her tail, it’s called twerking.

I’ll take wagging tails in the funnies over wagging tongues in the White House any day.

It’s why cats and dogs don’t get along – cats purr when happy, but to a dog that sounds like a growl.

a wagging tail might not mean happiness. Often it means excitement. Not so confusing when you look at it that way.

And just because different people have different languages and customs if you shout as loudly as you can and gesture quite wildly they all simply have to be your friend cuz that’s always worked so well. If not, it’s their fault, not yours. American Civics 101.

Twerking is better than a “come hither” look from a female.

The tale he was telling was about wagging tails and how confusing it is to read what tale a tail is telling. That is how I read the tale he told about the tails he saw.

“And how do you know that you’re mad?”“To begin with,” said the Cat, “a dog’s not mad. You grant that?”“I suppose so,” said Alice.“Well, then,” the Cat went on, “you see, a dog growls when it’s angry, and wags its tail when it’s pleased. Now I growl when I’m pleased, and wag my tail when I’m angry. Therefore I’m mad.”
