A fake “president” “wins” by NOT GETTING THE MOST VOTES, massive cheating, collusion with Russia, using STOLEN PROPRIETARY data (literally a digital Watergate, breaking into the DNC, but this time outsourcing to Russia), and stealing social media data through Steve Bannon’s Cambridge Analytica (working with Russian hackers) and planting fake “news.”

The new fake “president” who is NOT illegitimate, gets to make TWO Supreme Court appointments, only because a lawfully, rightfully elected REAL PRESIDENT, who actually got not only the most votes, but OUTRIGHT MAJORITIES, TWICE (the first Democrat to do so since FDR), was denied his Constitutional right to appoint a nominee, when he heeded the advice and previous consent of numerous Republican senators who had recommended Merrick Garland as a consensus candidate but then, when actually nominated, the lying hypocrites obstructed him. They took the UNPRECEDENTED step of not only refusing a Senate floor vote, but not even a hearing!

And now Brett Kavanaugh, hand-picked because he believes a sitting president is immune to prosecution and even investigation, who has been caught in perjuring himself FOUR TIMES in prior Senate testimony, is an illegitimate nominee.

At such time as Democrats regain rightful control of the government (they [we] won the most votes for president, Senate and House, but because of the Electoral College, disproportionate allocation and gerrymandering, respectively, do not “win” any of them, Kavanaugh should be impeached for his lying and perjury.

The current POTUS cheated and stole the election; he is an illegitimate president. Any appointments he has made are therefor illegitimate.

Mr Kavanaugh, here’s a question that’s not hypothetical. Do you thing that a president who came to office by colluding with our enemies and tampering with our elections should be allowed to nominate to the Supreme Court a candidate who has repeatedly lied under oath and shown himself to be a hypocritical opportunist ?

And so the nightmare continues…. Sheesh… it’s one thing after another….

Question: when tRump is no longer in office (notice how positive I’m being?), Can we get rid of any of the Judges that were appointed during his administration??? A “yes” answer here has to bring up the question: can any of the decisions made by those tRump appointees be over turned or invalidated???

One more question: can a SCOTUS be forced to recuse him/her/self for cause in a case where they can be shown to be pre-prejudiced???

English as she is spoke – is the “who” the person nominated or the unindicted co-conspirator? Pronouns can be confusing.

He didn’t do it, and if he did do it it wasn’t illegal, and if it is illegal, we’ll change the laws. What seems to be the problem?

A question for Mitch McConnell. If you contend that the processing of a SCOTUS nominee should be halted until the next election so the voters have a chance to enter their opinion in the ballot box for Pres Obama’s nominees, why are you rushing Trump’s nominee through just before a mid term election?

One has to wonder what someone like Kavanaugh sees when he looks in the mirror (assuming he has a reflection). Actually, same goes for McConnell and all the other utterly venal and characterless violators of their oath to uphold and protect the constitution.

And why did none of those committee members shoot back at him and his endless defense of “hypothetical questions”, “It is not a hypothetical question sir. I want your understanding of this particular law”? Seems basic to me.
