Trump actually took a couple of seconds out of his day to tweet his sympathies for the McCain family. That’s very classy of him.
Will he go to the funeral? It should be OK, Arizona is a Red State. Who will make the arrangements for the adoring crowds at the airport? Can he play golf when he gets there? Is there a McDonald’s there? Can he endorse a candidate for McCain’s successor, one who has taken a loyalty oath to Trump? Joe Arpaio would be a good choice. But most importantly, how can he make the trip all about him instead of McCain?
