Our Labby mix, Buck, does this among the three of us. He just turned 13 and has been doing this for a few years, knowing how much all of us love him. He is a good boy. Just like Louie.
It’s one of the things we love about our dogs. Gray BorderCollie and my husband used to wrestle while my husband was dressing and get pretty rowdy; but then Gray would do “paws-up” on the bed and play a very gently game of “paw-paw-who’s-got-the-paw” with me. And our new little whirlwind Sweep shares his blue ball generously with both of us.
