The number “9” is not sacrosanct. We do need to see how Brett works out, however! Just because hes’s made statements that allude to his believing that An American President is the equivalent to a old style monarch whose power must not be questioned doesn’t mean that he’ll actually “vote” that way, once he’s on the Court. He’s going to make it to the Supreme Court, regardless, so lets give him a few days, before stringing him up!

Mmmmmm. If the Dems are in a dither over this, just wait until Ruth Ginsburg or Justice Breyer die or retire if President Trump is in office.
