Looks like there’s going to be a crash with Mortimer and that person taking the picture of the bird…

I think he’s either looking at the UNATTENDED BABY CARRIAGE, or the guy peeping out from behind the fence. Maybe the guy is checking out the carriage with bad intend and the dog senses it.

I believe Enter.Name.Here may be correct on the carriage. Finding an abandoned baby would certainly be considered a complexity in anyone’s life. The fact that it’s Mortimer who finds the carriage disproves Marcy’s comment about him being “oblivious”.

Is this where we find out that Ray’s mother’s sister’s husband’s nephew is Marine Corps Force Recon and Mortimer was originally his dog?

If you haven’t heard it already, be sure to listen to Robb Armstrong’s NPR interview about the Peanuts character Franklin and his relationship with Charles Schulz: https://www.npr.org/2018/07/29/633544308/peanuts-character-franklin-turns-50

Hmm… A scenario worthy of Inspector Danger’s Crime Quiz. Can you guess what got Mortimer all riled up?
