I remember an episode of “The Beverly Hillbillies” where the Clampett’s home town mayor paid them a visit and he confessed to Mr. Drysdale that the town’s Police Chief, Judge, Fire Chief, and Treasurer were all about to be caught embezziling and when Mr. Drysdale asked why that was a problem the Mayor admitted that he held all those positions.

So the BC is for Baltimore City?
