REDISTRIBUTION of wealth. RepubliCONs scam artists want to REDISTRIBUTE wealth from the working people who put hands on raw materials to produce real wealth in the form of creating goods and service, to the few richest elites who already have the most (because they inherited it from Daddy).
CONservatives want workers to WORK HARDER for LESS MONEY on which we pay a HIGHER TAX RATE, so the few richest elite investors can WORK LESS (or not at all, depending on how much they inherited from Daddy) for MORE MONEY on which they pay a LOWER TAX RATE (or none at all, depending on how many loopholes, shelters, deductions and offshore Cayman Islands accounts they can hide their money in).

All public spending is wealth redistribution. The idea that it’s automatically a bad thing is the result of 35 years of propaganda.
And when one guy — who doesn’t even work — spends 2 million dollars to buy a comic book (yes) while someone else is working three jobs and still goes a few days a month without food, wealth redistribution is obviously needed. You have a broken system. Stop pretending that every rich person earned it and every poor person deserves it.
And Republican policy is to see that situation, and distribute more money UP. Which doesn’t even make sense.

Tariffs were supposed to protect our business from other countries trying to ruin our steel making or corn. Hamilton talked about protecting US economy and tariffs were one way. However Libertarians want to return out govt to the way it was from 1776-1789. Yes have it so that is only works in federal matters like national defense and stay away from local and state matters. It would make a very different nation. (Some of them are even mapping out places where they can put the newly poor who won’t do well in that new world they want from the old world which makes it Regressive in context and content.
