Somewhere in NYC, there’s a memorial where people are writing farewells and leaving flowers. If I get there, I’ll leave the following note: “Dammit, Tony!”
Not a fan, but it is a shame when something like this happens to anyone. In his case (and Robin Williams) you see them on the screen and figure they have the world by the tail…you never know.
My son and I watched him when he first appeared, read his book and paused when he passed. BUT I promise this is the only “sad” strip of Anthony Bourdain Week. Regret is no way to send him out…
While I wasn’t a big fan I always enjoyed the shows I saw. It devastated my son who was a huge fan. I have yet to hear or see anything bad about him. RIP
