Way back before TVs had remotes it was usually my job to change channels for my Dad (we had two to choose from) and I realized in later years this explained why my folks had all of us six kids. Probably a few less kids IF they’d just had a remote control! :>)

With latest TVs they have removed any buttons, it is all done by remote.
Personally I’d change it to the shopping channel and leave the room

The best thing about golf on TV is there has got to be something better on another channel.

Doesn’t matter, Uncleted… The batteries will still be dead in a year or so anyway.
