Hmmm…and here I thought this as related to the mind control device that Whimsy gave to Anasigma. In either case (Artie’s guess or mine) the question is why certain people are immune to reality blindness. Is it just that some people (like Tip and Nick) have been immersed in the weird side of reality for so long that they are incapable of becoming reality blind? I’m guessing that Artie being an uplifted gerbil might bring some protection from this sort of thing.
