They did when I was in the hospital.
I had the same thing and all they’d let me eat for a couple of days was jello. Then they wondered why I wasn’t having bowel movements.
A friend fell off a bridge he was working on and landed on a barge and from there to the hospital. We brought hi a few beers to help him recover.
