Republicans don’t want to provide funding for pencils, books, school supplies or teacher salaries, which add NOTHING to the blood money going into the coffers of the NRA gun cartel.
But now they want to spend bazillions on buying millions of guns (that ALL go into NRA gun cartel profits) to arm teachers, coaches, janitors and the lunch lady. With training of course.
FOLLOW THE MONEY and don’t be a sucker for the NRA POOP-aganda.
I would think that teachers would support efforts to arm them. Having 10,000 armed teacher marching on the capital would be a powerful argument in my book!

NRA President Ollie North, Reagan’s Contra Drug Pusher, called the Parkland students “terrorists” for protesting guns.
Boycott the NRA, don’t vote Republican ever.
