Makes me wonder… what actually is the lowest score anyone has ever received on the ACT?

Ahh, he is a sharp one isn’t he.
This may be an Urban Legend, but way way back, I heard that the Arizona universities graded their students in reverse, i.e. 1.0 was an A, and 4.0 was an F. I always wanted to transfer there so I could graduate with a 4.0.
Hmmmmm. Four degrees, never took the ACT or SAT. Only the took the GRE for a Master’s.
Completely unnecessary (unless a scholarship requires it.) Go to a community college and transfer in.
