If the dish washing machine is conking out, that means they need a new one. I worked in the dish room part time when I was a college student. The dishwasher that looked like the one in this strip ran continuously from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM when I worked in it. Us guys loaded the dish racks as fast as possible once the dirty dishes started coming in from the dining hall.
