It’s a call informing him that his credit card has been used to make two unusual purchases. He should be having a cell phone down there with him so’s he could give those good people all his card information so they could look further into the matter..
I know this is nitpicking, but if the comic is referring to Jacques Cousteau, it is erroneous. He invented SCUBA [Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus] diving. The guy in the comic is NOT a SCUBA diver.
