That’s why you set the coffee maker the night before. Then in the morning, you don’t even need to open your eyes. Which is a good thing, because in the morning, I don’t open my eyes.

Come now, the 21st Century is still young. Until the self-making coffee maker comes along, you still have to put the coffee in it yourself.

The timer on my pot croaked. I keep a cup for the microwave to tide me over until my brewer is done. Still need mostly open eyes.

This sounds like my husband.

That is the reason some people go out for coffee. :)
