I’m not thanking God for a free press, it doesn’t care. But my subscriptions are all paid up to the real media and support them to the hilt. NPR, The New York Times, the Washington Post, the New Yorker, Wired, and Scientific American are all regular sources of fact-based reporting. The journalistic ethics and drive for fact displayed by these news sources is demonstrable. I thank all the brave journalists even if their lust for ratings has hampered dissemination of the truth, it’s a darn good thing they are still out their working in the public interest. Spreading fact and analysis based on fact is essential in a time where the very notion of fact is under attack by the regressives and their mentally ill leader.

EXTRA, EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT! RAMIREZ DISSES GOP! Criticizes Republicans inability to pass legislation (never mind that the legislation he wants passed will destroy healthcare, lower the taxes of the uberwealthy, discriminate against people of color (like himself) and undermine the democratic process).

Yesterday, the Senate voted 51 to 50 to repeal the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s rule banning mandatory arbitration clauses in financial contracts.

Ramirez, you are unhappy that YOUR GUYS are taking too long to screw over the American people?

BTW Flake voted to repeal the rule, along with Corker, Murkowski, and McCain.

    You know, Republican conscience.
